A: The Mobile Teebox requires approximately 6.5 m × 5.5 m of clear, level ground for setup. The trailer is approximately 6.3 m long, 2.4 m wide when closed, 5.1 m wide when opened and 3.7 m high. We also need suitable access to manoeuvre the trailer into position and sufficient overhead clearance. If you're unsure whether your venue is suitable, include the venue name or suburb when requesting a quote and we'll help assess the access and setup requirements.

A: Safety is a priority at every Mobile Teebox event. Our standard setup includes protective netting and impact protection around the playing area, along with an operator briefing to help guests understand how to use the simulator safely. We also assess the setup area and access requirements before operation. Guests are asked to follow the operator's instructions throughout the event.

A: We accept PayPal and direct bank transfers, with bank details provided on your quote or invoice. EFTPOS will also be available onsite at your event. We'll confirm the payment details and arrangements as part of your booking.
